Vikram is the lunar lander of India's Chandrayaan-3 mission, developed by the Indian Space Research Organisation. It is a box-shaped spacecraft with four landing legs and four landing thrusters, each producing 800 newtons of thrust, and weighs 1,726 kilograms. Vikram achieved a soft landing near the lunar south pole on August 23, 2023, carrying the Pragyan rover and scientific instruments for surface analysis.
