An Australian radio observatory in New South Wales, home since 1961 to a 64-meter steerable dish nicknamed "The Dish," which received live television transmissions of the 1969 Apollo 11 Moon landing for broadcast around the world. It remains one of the most productive radio telescopes in the Southern Hemisphere, particularly for pulsar surveys.
