Jing Haipeng is a Chinese People Liberation Army Air Force pilot and astronaut who has flown three Shenzhou missions, more than any other Chinese astronaut, spanning the Shenzhou 7, Shenzhou 9 and Shenzhou 11 flights between 2008 and 2016. He commanded two of these missions, which included dockings with Chinas early Tiangong-1 space laboratory, key milestones in the countrys step by step approach to building permanent space station capability.
