Redwire Corporation is an American aerospace manufacturer and space infrastructure technology company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, specializing in spacecraft components, systems engineering, deployable technologies, 3D printing for space applications and satellite design. It was formed on June 1, 2020 through the merger of Adcole Space and Deep Space Systems by the private equity firm AE Industrial Partners, and it acquired seven further companies between 2020 and 2022, including Made In Space, Roccor and Deployable Space Systems. Redwire trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker RDW and reported 304 million dollars in revenue for 2024 against a net loss of 155 million dollars, with about 750 employees. In January 2025 the company expanded into defense markets by acquiring the drone manufacturer Edge Autonomy for 925 million dollars.
