OHB SE is a European space and technology group headquartered in Bremen, Germany, specializing in the development and implementation of complete space systems, the production of components for launcher programs, and the operation of satellite systems and the data they collect. The company employs over 3,000 people at 15 locations across ten countries, most of them in Europe, and its subsidiaries include OHB Sweden, which operates from Kista. Since 2023 the American firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts has held shares in OHB, though the majority owner remains the family of its founders, the Fuchs family.
